Emley Show has become today with the help and support from local organisations, groups, businesses and individuals. Assistance is very welcome at any time, but there are three key times when we need volunteers – setting up the show in the week before, clearing up the show the day after, and of course on show day itself.

 

Pre-Show Set Up Help

Emley Show is set up throughout the week leading up to show day Saturday – and any assistance is greatly appreciated – from marking the field out for the stalls and attractions to laying out the marquees.

 

Show Day Saturday Help

Emley Show relies on many volunteers on show day to help with the smooth running over the show – from helping direct traffic and visitors, to helping the exhibits, from clearing litter to moving equipment, plus much more – all jobs that are often unseen but are vital to a successful show.

 

Post-Show Help

Emley Show also appreciates as much fresh-leg help as possible on the Sunday to help tidy up and pack up when the committee have been on their feet all the previous day – an often forgotten about task, but an essential one.
